How does automatic drive tracking work?
With Automatic Tracking turned on, Mileon can detect when you start driving and record your trip automatically.
You don’t need to open the app or press Start. Just drive and Mileon takes care of the rest.
Very short trips may not be saved. If you prefer to start and stop drives yourself, you can switch to Manual Tracking anytime in Settings.
Why wasn’t my drive recorded?
First, make sure Automatic Tracking is on and Mileon has access to Location and Motion & Fitness.
Very short trips may not be saved. If longer drives are being missed, check your permissions in iPhone Settings.
Still having trouble? Send us a message and we’ll help you figure it out.
What can my friends see?
You’re in control of what you share.
You can choose whether friends can see your drive history, driving stats, live location, and drive activity. You can change these options anytime from your Sharing settings.
Your friends only connect directly with you. They don’t automatically get access to your other friends.
Is Mileon free?
Yes. You can download Mileon and start tracking drives at no cost.
The free plan includes automatic tracking, Friends, and Services for one car, plus your last 30 days of drives.
Mileon Pro unlocks your full history, all-time analytics, extra vehicles, and more ways to organize. You can upgrade anytime in the app.
What is Incognito?
Incognito lets you keep a drive private.
Turn it on for a drive and that trip won’t appear on your friends’ maps, shared history, or drive alerts. The drive will still be recorded and available to you in Mileon.
How do Meet-ups work?
Create a Meet-up, choose where and when to meet, then invite your friends.
Friends can let you know if they’re going. When someone is ready to leave, they can tap I’m on my way and Mileon will help them get to the Meet-up.
You can also share a Meet-up using an invite link.
My Meet-up link isn’t working
Make sure Mileon is installed and you’re signed in, then try opening the link again.
If it still doesn’t work, send us the invite link at mileonmail@gmail.com and we’ll take a look.
How do Services work?
Services helps you remember what your car needs and when it needs it.
You can track things like oil changes, brake pads, tires, battery, filters, coolant, spark plugs, and more.
Mileon keeps track of your mileage and shows you how far you have left until each service is due. If something is getting close or becomes overdue, you’ll see it in Services.
How do service reminders work?
Turn on Service Reminders and Mileon can notify you when maintenance is coming up.
As you drive, your vehicle mileage stays up to date, so your service intervals stay relevant too.
What permissions does Mileon need?
Mileon uses Location to record your routes, distance, speed, and automatically detect drives.
Motion & Fitness helps Mileon understand when you’re actually driving.
Notifications let Mileon tell you about drives, service reminders, Friends activity, Meet-ups, and other useful updates.
You can manage these permissions anytime in your iPhone Settings.
Can I record drives manually?
Yes. You can switch Drive Tracking to Manual in Settings.
Mileon will stop detecting drives automatically and you can start and stop each drive yourself.
How do I delete my account?
Open Mileon and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
Follow the steps on screen to permanently delete your Mileon account and associated data.
